Chris Storr has always enjoyed the gifts of having a creative vision. Born and raised in Arizona, early on she captured the sweeping landscapes of that region through photography. She continued in that medium after moving to Cape Cod in the mid-80's.

Returning to school in 1996, Chris earned her degree in expressive art therapy and decided to turn her avocation into a vocation. She began exploring different art forms including ceramics, steel forging, bronze sculpting and painting in various mediums - pastels, watercolors and oil.
Her work has moved from concept- to image-related painting, and she has adopted a more realist style.

Chris' work is being shown at the Harmon Gallery in Wellfleet and the New Era Gallery in Vinalhaven, Maine. Her studio and home are in Scituate, MA, south of Boston.
